One of the most important films and scores of my life. I've written two articles, one on the film and one on the score, that elaborate a bit. The latter just a month ago, as a celebration of its 30th anniversary. Both in Norwegian (Google Translate required):

I saw that with Hitch in London. We both liked it. Rusty Nail is a great villain.

Don't forget Bela Bartok.....listen to Johnny's "Return of the Jedi" (Approaching the Death Star) and Bartok's "Concerto for orchestra" opening movement.

Hitch is alive!

Roma (2018) written, edited, photographed (B&W) and directed by Alfonso Cuaron.  Amazing cinematography and beautifully acted. A front-runner for Best Picture.  It'll definitely bag the Oscar for Best Foreign Language Feature and nominations for cinematography, directing and screenplay.
That wasn't my intention.  It's really a very funny comedy.

Well I got rid of my Earthquake cd to a very nice Italian lad and now I'm getting rid of my Jaws 2, Dracula and other minor Williams stuff.

Perhaps it should be reevaluated....

Goldsmith's replacement score is very good, especially considering it was done in a fortnight.
The theme rocks and The Hijacking is simply fantastic!
