  1. most guys stay away from me because of the unintentional john williams shrine in my locker. (i.e.- cds, my autographed picture of jw, and my baton. yeah... i guess it would look weird to a non music student...)
  2. 1.Cadillac of the Skies 2. For Always 3. When You're Alone 4. Face of Pan 5. Jurassic Park Theme 6. End Credits to Indiana Jones and the Last Crusade 7. Fawkes 8. Binary Sunset 9. Flying 10. Window to the Past
  3. Finally! A Boondock Fan! That's such a great movie... I'm really bummed that Smecker isn't going to be in the next one. I hope they don't kill him off or anything...
  4. I voted for the 'Family Theme'. it adds some serious emotional stuff to the movie, especially when Harry is looking into the mirror and sees his parents. it makes you feel what Harry must be feeling, and i doubt that we would be able to experience that without that theme. Fawkes theme is also an amazing piece. It really describes the majestic creature that Fawkes is. Dobby's theme is very playful and fits to the character it portrays.
  5. does anyone know if the guy who wrote the theme for 'boondock saints' is going to do a new one for the sequel? or are they keeping the one they have? -Erin
  6. so cool!!! that 'something wicked this way comes' song it catchy... now i'm gonna be singing it all day...
  7. i'm new to posting on the boards. i didn't join until i realized that few or no people i know cared about m constant john williams/ film score/ star wars related ranting. thanks for the welcome.
  8. ok, i'll give you that. nothing is worse than ANY version of 'my heart will go on'.
  9. 'nocturnal activities.' although the imperial march IS rather sexy in it's own little way...
  10. *cough* i believe in faeries rules *cough*
  11. this isn't very good, but im gonna wager C/Em/F/G basic doowop chord progression. im not sure which part you wanted though...
  12. they're both beautiful pieced. 'cadillac of the skies' is my personal fave, 'dry your tears afrika' making a close second, though i had to sing that in an eigth grade chorus, and it almost killed it for me. (even if it IS john williams, 70 13 years old singing flat is no fun.)
  13. the HP scores get better as they go. mr. williams uses some very complex and beautiful progressions. 'Fawkes' was an amazing piece of music, and judging by the new HP trailers, he promises to give us our 16 bucks worth for the soundtrack. (In May! HUZZAH!)
