scissorhands 16
I love the pizzicato string sections in John Williams music. They are usually the best part of the track. These are the tracks I remember. If there is any one more, write it.Choose your favorite one.
Chris 0
My favourite would be the crawly bugs random pizzicato in "In the Idol's Temple" from Raiders. As far as I know he was the first to employ this technique, and has appeared since in countless horror movies and about half of all X-Files episodes! Figo 2
Oh, I assure you, it has been used before.Figo, who's voting for Temple of Doom ("Nocturnal Activities") because it reminds him of a similar passage in Tchaikovsky's 4th Symphony.

Marian Schedenig 8,179
I picked Hook. It's been a while since I knew the tracks of that score by heart, but I expect Lost Boy Chase is the one where I've always loved the pizzicato passage. There's also that amazing tuba solo somewhere in that score.
David Coscina 3
What about "Flight from Peru" from Raiders? I love the pizzicato strings as Indy's running like the wind to get away from those pesky Hovitos.
