Pieter Boelen 633
I have found a file on the internet that is said to be Alan Silvestri's rejected theme for Pirates of the Caribbean. If you'd like to hear it, drop me a PM. It sounds pretty interesting, though not exactly piratey. I wonder if this actually IS Alan Silvestri's rejected theme or if this is a fake... :? #SnowyVernalSpringsEternal 10,251
I don't know what this is, but it sounds more like Elfman then Silvestri.
Docteur Qui 1,248
Silvestri never got to the stage of recording, from what I heard. It's almost definitely fake.
robthehand 3
Silvestri never got to the stage of recording, from what I heard. It's almost definitely fake.None of it was ever recorded, beyond (possibly) demos.

BigMacGyver 0
The cue must be the faked one with music for some Disney Park attraction. I believe it was Haunted Mansion or something like that.Silvestri never recorded anything for POTC. Various rumours have made the round about what Silvestri finished and how his score sounded. Some say he recorded demos while others say he only did some sketches with early ideas that featured an extensive integration of flutes.
