Something spoiled The Raiders' March for me...

A couple of weeks I heard the song Borst Vooruit by K3... A terrible, horrible song by a "band" purely targeting the toddler-aged audience. So perhaps Stefan will like them!

Anyway; I noticed how the chorus slightly resembled The Raiders' March...

Since then, everytime I play the Indiana Jones theme I start hearing the damn lyrics from the K3 song!! My mind overlays the song over John Williams pure and magical melody!

AAARRGHH!!!

Will it ever go away, 'cause right now I can't enjoy The Raiders March' anymore...

Here's a soundclip from the song. BE WARNED, BECAUSE THE SAME THING COULD HAPPEN TO YOU!!!

The chorus starts just after a few seconds...

:D

And this is a ringtone to hear the similarities better (although I never said it's a copy or anything).

(Seriously Mark; now that I think of it, your remark is actually the kindest thing anyone has ever said to me on this forum. Thanks. I won't forget that. )

It reminded of those terrible 60s pop songs I had to endure from Universal.

personally I think he should edit his title, I thought maybe he was getting divorced, or maybe he killed someone, perhaps lost his entire cd collection, or one of his students reported him for being abusive or something. Instead you get a song stuck in your head. The way to get rid of it is put something else there instead. Works everytime.
