This has to be one of the best fan edits I've seen. Almost makes me wish this was coming for real (although it wouldn't work in a million years, of course . . . not that that's something to deter big studios these days)—though you'd think a videographer sharp enough to create something like this could've spent two minutes thinking up a better title. But it's still a fine piece of work overall:

He said: "Have you ever done an animated show before?"

I said: "No"

He said: "Do you want to do an animated show?"

I said: "No"

[...]

And Matt welcomed me and shooked my hand and said: "Would you be interested in being a composer on an animated series?"

And I said: "No"

Québec TV advert - E.T.

"No, no, no Cedric, bicycle doesn't fly. And he doesn't have helmet, no lighting system, at night, frankly..."

- "Oh, please Paul, you never saw E.T.?"

- "... no."

- "I love mom better than you!"

Just discovered this song by a newcomer that calls hismelf Vianney.

That song gives me goosebump. Even if it's in french you will understand the subject.

T'es pas là (that means You're not here)

Bonjour Bespin !

Sad to read that ! i can't listen now and never listened to Michel's work, but it's really bad ?

:( Michel was one of my idol as a jazz guitarist, he was one of the member of the super trio fusion group Uzeb from Quebec, a crazy Band with Alain Caron and Paul Brochu from the 80's / 90's, one of the best at this time. since the stop of the band in the 90's, and Michel new career in film music, i tought he was not a bad film composer... but from your comment, it's seems it's not that great. anybody can confirm ? thanks.

Ironie tout simplement, ce sont deux des meilleurs compositeurs de musique du film au Québec. ;)

Ahah, ok, oufff, je suis rassuré, merci ;)

I am looking forward to the John Wilson Orchestra's next album, Gershwin In Hollywood, which was recorded live at the Royal Albert Hall last year.  Here is a trailer, in which John Wilson speaks eloquently about Gershwin's music:

These guys and gals are great!
