Sandor 459
Saw the DVD cover today of MOAG, picked it up and thought: "Well, it will probably mention 'winner of three Oscars, this and that, bla, bla, bla...', but of course a stupid Dutch release won't mention John Williams (the small, usually hard to read credit info excluded) and the Golden Globe he won for the movie..."This is the truth. Those thoughts REALLY went through my head!I hope you understand my surprise when I looked at the back of the DVD cover and saw there, in BIG YELLOW LETTERS: GOLDEN GLOBE WINNER BEST SCORE, JOHN WILLIAMS.WTF???!!!I think it's very cool, because in Holland they usually only mention Ennio Morricone winning some award and doing the music on DVD covers. It seems that the marketers felt that putting JOHN WILLIAMS' name on the DVD would also help SELL the DVD.
Miguel Andrade 964
Not that lucky in Portugal... It seems that only Ennio Morricone helps selling around here. Kamen: Concerto for Electric Guitar, Rock Band and Orchestra
Melisande 0
The US DVD also has "GOLDEN GLOBE WINNER BEST SCORE, JOHN WILLIAMS" in big yellow letters on the cover. I was happy to see that.

Mr. Breathmask 480
Hmm... I actually had this DVD in my hands the other day. Didn't even notice it. But then I didn't really examine the back anyway. Oh well.
#SnowyVernalSpringsEternal 10,251
It's not a movie I would watch willingly.
Sandor 459
Did the DVD also mention that John Williams is also a contestant in RTL4's Dancing On Ice?It wouldn't surprise me. And that John Williams wrote the "songs" for Braveheart, Forrest Gump and The Godfather. And that he won 6 Academy Awards instead of five... We're Dutch. Forgive us when it comes to film music. Here we like "Toppertje".
Mr. Breathmask 480
Toppertje? Sounds like something from before my time...
King Mark 2,924
Well it's pretty much the only thing the movie is going to be remembered for,so I guess Williams is the ONLY selling point here.K.M.
