Inky, that frog is old hat. That avatar was so old, Olivarez had a problem with it.

Who?

Lame.

And didn't it take MORE work to REMOVE your avatar than just leave whatever you had in, if you are so "disinterested" in the whole thing?

Ok, I'll start using one.

The semi-lewd Muppet avatars caused a backlash he didn't anticipate. ;)

That will seem tame.

Yep.

I should point out my dedication to JWFan by stating that I booked the photo opp wearing a DS9 T-Shirt I just bought, went back to my hostel and changed into my JWFan shirt!

Trekkies dressed in Vulcan garbs and Klingon armour looked at me like I was a freak!

I guess mine needs to be explained. The character Colonel Steven Caldwell (Mitch Pileggi) from Stargate Atlantis episode "Critical Mass" and ended up turning out to be the Goa'uld spy. They ended up getting the access to code to re-enable the ZPM fail safes from him just in time before it exploded which would have vaporized the city and possibly the planet.

Hermiod (Asgard) was able to use the beaming technology from the Daedalus and get the Goa'uld symbiote out of Caldwell.

Mine is Magritte's L'ami de l'ordre. I'm really only partial to his works involving men in bowler hats and moons (yes, that's a thing with him), the other being his Le chef d'oeuvre ou les mystères de l'horizon. There are other artists that I more thoroughly appreciate (Monet, Manet, Renoir, van Gogh, Osbert), but I wanted to use something that was somewhat portrait-like, and I like the feeling of this one.

Yes indeed. And people dare to say they don't associate the word "erotic" with John Williams.

A throwback to my Bond forum days. Sort of been a Sam Neill since Jurassic Park as a kid and saw that he had screentested as Bond once and it was a striking avatar then. I kept it on for yonks and folk sort of attached it to me. For other Bond forum refugees it's a hook I guess.

That and I really couldn't find a decent other one :)

What happened to your epic avatar Sharkey? :o

Which one? (I've had so many)

The one with the Penthouse magazine, but this new one is much better.

I always think that your current avatar looks like James Stewart doing an impression of Reece Shearsmith.

Jimmy Stewart forseeing Shearsmith :) I really don't know what the pic's about, never looked into it but it's a common one. Another one has him with fingers behind his head I think. The wacky phase clearly.
