Another highlight: a tribute to the classic musicals of director Stanley Donen (Singin' In The Rain, Seven Brides for Seven Brothers, Royal Wedding, Anchors Aweigh and more) hosted by the legendary director himself. zombieflanders 0
I went to this last year, and they brought out Martin Scorsese and Steven Spielberg to talk. Amazing. Spielberg even compared the opening of "The Last Crusade" without music (just dialogue and SFX), and then they played it live synced to the movie! And as a huge Star Wars fan, I very nearly wept when he came on for a 2nd or 3rd encore and started in with the opening theme.Question for others who have been to several of these: Which is the best performance to go to? First, middle, or last? I think the one I went to was the last night, and I'd like to replicate my experience this fall.
JWfangirl1992 18
I went to the first night last year and it was awesome. I really can't tell you which night is the best but the first was amazing. I'm going the middle day though, Saturday.
