You can do it. Narrow it down to your top three. What are they? Mine would have to be Scherzo for Motorcycle and Orchestra, Buckbeak's Flight, and Duel of the Fates.

I don't think this is an "at this time" type of thing. Gullwingdoors wants an abolute opinion, and I don't know if I can give that.

Battle Of Yavin, E.T.'s Adventure On Earth, Desert Chase from Raiders.

Tomorrow it could be 3 different cues.

Well you're a pathetic rabbit.

Atleast I have a body!

Because I must:

"Hand to Hand Combat" - Jaws

"Remembrances" - Schindler's List

"Remembering Childhood" - Hook

Absolute favorite at the moment. Opinions can change of course. (Or JW could write something else that replaces current favorites)

Gah. This is impossible.

Buckbeak's Flight

Into The Trap

Parade of the Slave Children

Tomorrow it will be Fawkes the Phoenix, Light of the Force and Welcome to Jurassic Park.

Hmmm......

"Adventures on Earth" (aka Escape/Chase/Saying Goodbye) from E.T. The Extra-Terrestrial

"The Visitors/'Bye'/End Titles" from Close Encounters of the Third Kind

"The Planet Krypton" from Superman: The Movie

Tim, who will also give you three different ones if you asked tomorrow...or even an hour from now.

"Throne Room/End Title" - Star Wars

" 'Destiny' ... 'Canneloni' ... and The Tale of Victor Navorski Reprise" - The Terminal

"Remembering Munich" - Munich

"The Early Days" - Born on the Fourth of July

"March of the Villians" - Superman

"Leia's Theme" - Star Wars (I'm starting to "get" this piece)

How much things change in three hours.

I know!

Man this J Dan fellow is smart. He nailed it.

It's a really bad rip-off of the happy pappy music from Star Wars.

Oh well, can't blame people for weird tastes. I guess you can talk to me a little.

I don't like you.

If I'm not mistaken didn't Williams say in an interview that March Of The Villians was originally written for the Jawa sequence?

Lucas wanted something different.

Lucas wanted something different.

I can't believe I'm saying this these days but bravo!

Back in the days before all the big guys started "yes-manning" each other.

Don't hate someone because of what they like. Unless they're perverts.

Anyway.

In no particular order:

Journey to the Island - Jurassic Park

End Title, End Cast - Jaws 2

The Visitors/"Bye"/End Titles: The Special Edition - Close Encounters of the Third Kind (CE)

Well, you apparently have a very narrow definition of what a pervert likes.

This is hard... there are so many ex aequos. The tracks that instantly came to my mind were:

"Escape, Chase, Saying Goodbye" from ET 20th Anniversary

"Seven Years in Tibet" from Seven Years in Tibet

"The Asteroid Filed" from The Empire Strikes Back"

... but there are also "Throne Room", "Visitors, Bye, End Credits", "Battle of Hoth", "Early Days, Massapequa, 1957", "Rememberances", "Confluence".... and many, many more.... that are equally good.

I can, however, name my three favourite scores from the Maestro - they are:

"The Empire Strickes Back",

"ET"

and

"Schindler's List".

I couldn't even narrow it down to three favorite scores, let alone three different cues. But off the top of my head, here's three that are hard to beat:

The Helicopter Rescue (Superman)

The Return (Jane Eyre suite)

The Asteroid Field (Empire Strikes Back)

Since this is an absolute-at-the-moment kind of thing...

Off the top of my head I would say:

"The Throne Room/End Credits" from Star Wars

"Desert Chase" from Raiders of the Lost Ark

"Escape/Chase/Saying Goodbye" from E.T.

Well, an "of the moment" batch of favorites could be:

"Jonathon Begins to Draw/The Landing" from Amazing Stories' "The Mission"

"Adventures on Earth" from E.T. the Extra Terrestrial

"Hedwig's Theme" from Harry Potter and the Sorcerer's Stone

Ray Barnsbury
