Good film scores (almost) ruined by shitty tie-in pop singles.

For me there has never been a track that I physically wanted to cut out of a soundtrack more than that damn song by Guns and Roses in the end of the Interview with a Vampire score!!

Actually, it's quite a good cover version. Nowhere near the original, obviously, which is one of the best Stones songs in existence.

It's doubtlessly one of the best rock'n'roll songs ever.

The only thing I don't like about it are the final minutes, which were clearly written with concert performances in mind. Unfortunately, Richards just can't be bothered to do this song justice in late years.

"The Moon's a Window to Heaven" on Star Trek V. Definitely a re-burn to omit in a Star Trek MP3 collection.

On the flip side, I rather enjoy Diana Ross' song from The Land Before Time. Just not in the middle of the album, that garnered a re-burn to set as the end credits, and keep a rather happy childhood memory intact.

On Kamen (rest in peace man), I think "Licence To Kill" suffers from pop-itis as well. I very much like the LTK title, but don't have much love for any of the other songs in the movie (or on the album).

I've spent so long without it on my ST: V set I forgot it existed.

"When you're all alone" from Hook. Vomit inducing.

One of my favorite songs ever.

I don't like pop sons in soundtrack albums unless written by the composer himself.

I was thinking of The Mummy Returns, and JP 3, although the Randy Newman song is ok.

Haha, same for me. Finding that score (song included) at Barnes and Noble a few years ago was a treat, as I grew up with that movie and loved the music.

Love Song for a Vampire....

Sorry? I really like that song... don't know any of the score, or the film for the matter, though...

Film's great, score's great, song... not so much. I guess it's not bad, but I could do without it.
