indy4 152
Call of the Champions is one of my favorite cues. It's a great CD.
Koray Savas 2,095
Yeah, I've heard it. Actually I think I have it, but through a trade. I usually don't listen to scores I get in a trade if I can buy the music, especially if it's John Williams.

It's a great CD.From what I remember, cue is a piece from a film score... Call of the Champions is a concert piece for Chorus and Orchestra.Yeah, I've heard it. Actually I think I have it, but through a trade. I usually don't listen to scores I get in a trade if I can buy the music, especially if it's John Williams. You think you have it? I have some 500 Williams related CDs and I know if I have them or not...And why trade if you don't intend in listening to it?

I trade for unreleased and expanded/complete scores. I get other scores from composers that I wouldn't spend money on, and then use those for trading purposes to get more scores I want. Having a large range of scores gets me more trades cause my collection appeals to a lot more people.

Henry B 49
Oh man, all that Americana music from the 90s through The Patriot is just a garbagestorm of near self-plagiarism. It happened again with the Dies Irae riffing in A.I., Minority Report and War of the Worlds.
pete 520
Isn't the scene in American Journey when the Far & Away music plays also a "Land Race" scene?I just always thought of it as a nice little nod to his Far & Away score.
Guest macrea
This would be a sorry place if everyone here had been around since 1999. Once in a while we do attract a new fan or two.
indy4 152
What tracks have music from The Patriot?Oh, and when did the JWFan MB first begin? I always thought it was 2002, but I guess that's just the new one...
Miguel Andrade 964
What tracks have music from The Patriot? My sugestion, is to listen to both... much more fun that asking.Oh, and when did the JWFan MB first begin? I always thought it was 2002, but I guess that's just the new one...Early 1999. It began as a site dedicated to the music of Star Wars Episode I The Phantom Menace.O.K. I know I have it, I just typed it the way I would say it. I trade for unreleased and expanded/complete scores. I get other scores from composers that I wouldn't spend money on, and then use those for trading purposes to get more scores I want. Having a large range of scores gets me more trades cause my collection appeals to a lot more people.I don't even trade anymore all that much. When I traded I didn't had an all that much "appealing" collection, whatever that means...Again, it makes no sense to me that ones trade something that does not intends to listen.
