#SnowyVernalSpringsEternal 10,265
Here's hoping for either Javier Navarrete, Shore and Arnold.
Morlock 11
Here's hoping for Shore, Arnold and Glass, respectively. The Glass cue is actually the best cue from that score, Arnold's score is the best song I heard in a film last year, and Shore gave a really solid and enjoyable score. gkgyver 1,645
Here's wishing for Gustavo's hands to fall off.Isn't it a little late for Casino Royale to be nominated for anything?

Ray Barnsbury 8
Isn't it a little late for Casino Royale to be nominated for anything?I think the Grammys use a strange timespan, like from the middle of one year to the middle of the next, or something like that. Hitch 57
Yes...Gustavo to win in all categories including Best Newcomer.
Red 75
Pan's Labyrinth would be my pick. But I could easily be fine with Shore or Giacchino winning.
Koray Savas 2,251
Anything but Gustavo and Glass and I'm fine.

Luke Skywalker 1,795
Holy crap.Seriously. EDIT: Nice one mark, the grammys are not untill Feb 10, Next year.We still have two months to wait for Gustavo's win <_<
Richard Penna 3,688
Pretty crappy set of nominations in my view. Santa will of course win and this board will quite rightly grab the pitchforks and put on our angry villager masks.
Saxbabe 28
You can watch the pre-show Grammys live streaming right now at the Grammy.com website. They are not to the film music or classical categories but will be soon, if you are interested. I love how the rap stars don't deem these important enough to show up to.But do any of the film composers even ever come anyway....?
Richard Penna 3,688
Not very different then from the just broadcast Baftas (about 1/4 of the winners didn't seem to be there), which is the lamest awards show I've ever seen - the writers strike could have hit it and no one would have noticed it.Oh, and some guy called Christopher Gunning won best score. I've known the Baftas to make weird choices, but I've never heard of this guy.
Saxbabe 28
Well, I guess I missed the categories I was interested in seeing....I read that Michael Giacchino won Best Score for Ratatouiile. And the Dreamgirls song won Best Song.

Red 75
Yes. It was pretty good except for the over-the-top wailing of the principal woman singer.
David Coscina 3
Looks like Giacchino just won for Ratatouille. He's on is way!
