ChuckM 1
The idea for this had crossed my mind before, but since it was recently mentioned in the Shadows thread I thought I'd go ahead and give it a try. If anyone is interested in hearing it, PM me for the link. (or would I be allowed to direct link this?)Also, for anyone else who enjoys audio-editing, why not give it a try as well? I'd love to hear some other attempts at this!

Jacob 0
That was pretty cool gullwing. I might try to put something together. It got me thinking, what played over the end credits of the video game? I can't quite remember. I think it might have just cycled through Xizor's Theme, the skyhook battle, and the Beggar's Canyon chase.

AzOutcast 122
Alright Gullwing, I finally got around to listening to your End Titles and for the most part I thought they were perfect. The transitions were well done (my favorite being from Seduction into Beggar's Canyon Chase . . . excellent job). It's not hard at all to imagine the never ending list of names heading towards the top of the screen with this suite. Good job.
BurgaFlippinMan 7
yup, the transitions were well done. i edited mine down even shorter tho, keeping only Xizor's theme and the Leia Waltz and adding back the return of the SW fanfare at the end. Todd 30
AzOutcast - I finally had a chance to give your final track for SOTE a listen.I'm not a big fan of taking film music and putting in SOTE, but those edits in the beginning are really well executed. Where it gets really exciting is during the 'end credits' section. The lead in to the end credit fanfare was VERY nice, and the transition to Xizor's theme was freakin' incredible. I may have to copy that transition for my own version. I like how you used that theme first. Leaving out the final fanfare at the end of the theme was a really brilliant move too. It was a pleasant transition. The final edit to the 'Alliance Fanfare / Finale" was very nicely done too.I'm not sure if it was too short or not. It seemed to flow well. Thanks for sharinggullwingdoors - I listened to your end suite as well...I like beginning with that end fanfare, it makes it fit nicely into the album as an additional track.Beginning with Xizor's theme is always the way I would do this suite, so that was nice. Going into the Battle of Gall was surprising right there, too. I thought the edit at 0:19 (in part two) was a little rushed and didn't fit quite nicely with the tempo, but I wonder if that edit could be tweaked to get the tempo right. Switching into Seduction was a pleasant surprise, too. I would not have thought to include that track, but it works great. I also agree that the transition to Beggar's Canyon Chase was pretty mind blowing. Inclusion of the second half of The Southern Underground was nice, but I felt it cut the pacing down and was a bit too much excess. But I was thrilled to hear the Coruscant them...my favorite theme on SOTE. Its a pretty powerful theme, I do wish you let it play at :56 (part three), but I know how that theme can tend to drag a bit. The ending was nice, but I did end up missing the end fanfare. However, not including it here allows you to take this track and easily throw it on the end of the CD to make a great ending to this incredible soundtrack. Thanks so much for sharing it.BTW...Give a listen to STAR WARS: Symphony for a Saga and let me know what you think!

I don't know if you planned it this way, but all three suites JUST fit on a single CD, so I throw that on when I'm driving to and from work. I'll be writing something for it soon though. So when some people would have liked THE FLAG PARADE, something else needed to go missing from what I did. Glad you noticed!
BurgaFlippinMan 7
Wait, the Flag Parade was added back in?
Todd 30
Wait, the Flag Parade was added back in?No. That was just an example. I made these suites to have six films spread over two CDs. Adding more music would make them not fit, so some things had to be left off. To add THE FLAG PARADE back in would mean cutting out something from TPM, and I'm really quite happy with that suite.I suppose I could expand them yet again, but the goal was to be able to sit down and in less than 160 minutes of music, have all six films represented nicely.
