For me, I'd say it's probably Star Wars: Main Theme.

The fact that for many years I had three very definitive versions of it to endlessly compare probably places it in pole position in terms of my most listened to JW cue EVER!

Tough to say. Probably something from a Star Wars score, as I may have listened to those 6 collectively more than my whole other 300 some odd Williams CDs combined.
