Bryant Burnette 451
Definitely James Newton Howard's The Happening (the latest trailer for which is outstanding). His work with Shyamalan has been superb; even Lady in the Water (not a good movie) had a fine score.Behind that, probably Thomas Newman's Wall*E, or possibly James Newton Zimmer's The Dark Knight. I'm also looking forward to seeing what Elfman does for Hellboy II, and Giacchino's Speed Racer is also of interest.Oh yeah, and I assume that Mark Snow is returning for The X-Files: I Want to Believe. I always liked his scores for the series (even more so Millennium).
John Crichton 4
Giacchino's Star Trek, even though that's not until next year.

JoeinAR 1,759
well since its complete silly to mention Star Trek when its nearly a year away, I guess I can say Avatar by James Horner, surely it will be better than the likely less than steller Giacchino effort, though I will keep my fingers crossed that he might actually produce something worth buying.I also will be getting the Happening, James Newton Howard is the next John Williams, LOLNicholas Hooper's Half Blood Prince will be added to my collection.
