I couldn't wait to get my hands on the expanded trilogy, but I wouldn't buy an expanded KotCS, that's the difference in how I feel about the scores. The only thing I want from KotCS is the complete Jungle Chase (even my most inclusive edit is missing at least a minute).

I'm a musician, but I don't love this score. I simply like it a fair amount, and not because of whatever technical prowess it supposedly showcases - ALL of Williams' work does that, from ANY time period. I like it because...I just do. The music is enjoyable to me.

at least you put HPSS where is belongs, above POA.

I think you, me, KM, Ray, and maybe Mark are the only ones that see sense there.

I think Neil too.

After all these months, it is still an A for me. Just such wonderful themes, motifs, development, performances. A true Jones score for a new kind of adventure.

And yet you gave it a B.

Yeah, I have never heard so many negative comments for a score where most people gave it an A-... I guess if you don't have anything negative to say don't say it at all?

Hmm.....that's funny I see more votes for B or less than I do A.

And yet you gave it a B.

Yeah it's one of those few cases where it gets duller as the years go by. Of course I blame the box set because those scores, even LC, are just too good and put this effort to shame.
