Desplat13 1
As some of you already know, I am the editor and at the time only writer for the online soundtrack review site www.soundtracksreviewed.blogspot.comThis is a thread where I can post links to each new review as I write it, and then we can discuss the scores being reviewed. I review new as well as old albums, in no particular order. Feel free to argue with me all you want. After all, that is what this thread is really for, as well as for me to share my reviews with you.All right, there are already 19 reviews on the website, so feel free to read and talk about any of the previous ones. The latest is The Lion King, and I know there are some fans of that score here. I also know that I was a little harder on it than many might want, so please post your opinion.Enjoy! Pieter Boelen 633
Another review site! Nice! I'll have a look at those. One thing I can say though is that it would be great if you could somehow order the reviews. Right now it still works, but imagine having 100 reviews, all being listed below each other. It'll become really hard to find any again.
Desplat13 1
For sure. But there is a clickable list of them in alphabetical order on your right. But of course, any advice on the site design is welcome as well.
Mr. Breathmask 480
Nice. While you're at it, why not make the link in your sigature clickable?Like so:Colin Thomsonhttp://www.soundtracksreviewed.blogspot.com
Desplat13 1
Oh yeah, I was going to do that at one point, but my html skills failed me as <a href="http://www.soundtracksreviewed.blogspot.com/">Soundtracks Reviewed</a> looks, well, exactly like that. Later on I figured out your nice little shortcut that puts in the updated html tags, but forgot to turn my signature into them. Thanks for the reminder. Pieter Boelen 633
For sure. But there is a clickable list of them in alphabetical order on your right. But of course, any advice on the site design is welcome as well. That works for now, but I imagine things becoming rather cluttered once you get more reviews on there. Is it possible to order blog entries somehow? Or are blogs simply not the best way to keep all entries easy to find, since they must be date-ordered? I'm not very familiar with blogging, so I really don't know.
Desplat13 1
I could probably put the date of release before each of the titels, and then list it alphabetically, or maybe backwards alphabetically, which would at least put it in some order, if that would help. Trent Hoyt 13
Nice site. I'll try to read some of the reviews later.
Pieter Boelen 633
I see you managed to order the list of reviews alphabetically now. Much better. Good job! I added your site to my Movie Music favourites now.
Desplat13 1
Well, it has been a little longer than it normally is between reviews, but here is my review of Horton Hears A Who.Please feel free to discuss it in either the comments section of the site, or in this thread. Koray Savas 2,095
You gave Kingdom Of The Crystal Skull a 9.2, but E.T. an 8.6?

Nick Parker 3,017
To be honest, I think Batman: The Dark Knight deserves a lower rating.
indy4 152
I'd give it a solid 5.5/10.
Desplat13 1
You gave Kingdom Of The Crystal Skull a 9.2, but E.T. an 8.6? I know, I know. Everyone here holds E. T. in such high regard. While the track "Adventures on Earth" has got to be one of the best Williams has every written, I could never "get into" the rest. Maybe it is because the version I have has less material than some others, I don't know. And I will admit that since the time of my review of Kingdom of the Crystal Skull it has dropped slightly in my opinion. It is hard to judge how a score will hold up right away, though I still love it.I love E. T. In fact, I believe it has the third highest rating on that site. I think Adventures on Earth is a better cue than any on KOTCS. But I love the Indy themes, new and old, and we sure get a lot of them with KOTCS. Lots of people here don't like it; that's ok. But I sure do. Of course, I have always loved Williams modern style, so that adds to it as well.Adit: Oh, and by the way, E. T. got an 8.7.
