RonBurbella 5
I know that John Williams' CALL OF THE CHAMPIONS was composed to be done with choir, but I was wondering if there has been recorded an "orchestral-only" version. In Googling around on the topic, I see that it has been performed in many concerts, and I assume that not all of them featured a choir. Are there any orchestral-only versions out there?Ron Burbella
Williamsfan301 11
There is a concert band version of it that can be done with or with out the choir. Frankly, it's lame without the choir.

John Crichton 4
The way Murphy mixed it you'd hardly think there was any choir in the original recording.

John Crichton 4
Another constant Murphy problem, prehaps the biggest or most obvious.
