Marian Schedenig 8,192
I want to eat cake. Since this is not just a spur of the moment but a general state of living, I don't need to want to have cake, because as long as I can get it when I want to eat it (i.e. anytime), I'm fine. Wojo 2,453
After I did some research on the phrase, it's more accurately paraphrased as "you can't eat your cake and still have it," to say that basically once you buy the cake and eat it, you don't have it anymore. Williamsfan301 11
What good is the cake without a glass of milk? And after seeing American Pie, I can never eat pie again. Finally, I don't understand the dry cereal as a snack thing. It makes sense in if you do something to it (e.g. Chex Mix) or your 2 years old, but again...where's the milk!? Milk I say!
Koray Savas 2,251
I like my Honey Nut Cheerios with milk. I don't care what I saw in American Pie, pie will always be awesome. Although I've never really been big on normal pies like apple, etc. Pumpkin pie is my favorite.
