Edmilson 8,680
Sigh. This is the DC studios logo they'll be using. It's kinda bad. It's the logo DC used from the mid 70s until the mid 2000s (aka the logo used in James Gunn's formative years) followed by "Studios" in a similar way Marvel Studios writes their own logo, with one bar above and one below the word. Glóin the Dark 1,280
Between Reality and Winner, I'd bet that Reality will be the winner of the two Reality Winner films. (Meaning the better film. Of course, in reality, the winner is the one which makes more money, which will probably be Winner...) Jay
Jay 39,156
Reality didn't play in theaters so it technically made no (box office) money right? It was direct to Max? I went in not expecting much, or rather not really knowing what to expect I guess, and boy, I really liked it. The fact that I had never heard of the real person or what they did was a benefit, I think. And Sweeney proved in it that she actually can act (very well). But a lot of roles she accepts don't require her to stretch her acting muscles at all. I hope she continues to take parts like this in between the big paycheck ones. Glóin the Dark 1,280
The trailer is a bit sanctimonious, but then trailers are often wide of the mark as representations of the films. Hadn’t heard of this one before; it will be interesting to see what sort of reception it gets. I found Civil War to be a very different (and much better) film than anticipated on the basis of the marketing.

HunterTech 1,172
It is the same company that decided to combine the original and reboot iterations of Karate Kid, so I wouldn't put it past them to make both movies in this instance. No wait, that's Sony. Even then, we are getting two tonally different Batman movies from WB, so that wouldn't be too different from this.

Nothing at all, really, just that normally a reboot is seen as a new continuity/universe unless specifically stated otherwise.

As long as Robert Zemeckis and Steven Spielberg are alive. And I don't think many are clamouring for an E.T. sequel, anyway... It has faded from the pop-cultural landscape, and I'd say is pretty much only fondly remembered by those who grew up with it. BTTF, on the other hand... Jay 39,156
It's interesting how many of the 2025 movies on that graphic had troubles that delayed them Blade - in development hell since it was announced the summer of 2019. It still hasn't started filming yet, 14 months before release date. Avatar: Fire and Ash - started filming in 2017 when it was supposed to come out in December 2021. By the time Avatar 2 settled into its December 2022 release, this was supposed to come out in December 2024, then got delayed again to December 2025. Untitled 8th Mission Impossible film - they started filming this in March 2022 when it was originally supposed to come out on July 7th, 2023 Snow White - Filmed from March to July 2022, originally scheduled for March 22nd, 2024 Mickey 17 - Filmed from August to December of 2022, originally scheduled for March 29th, 2024 John Wick Presents: Ballerina - started filming in November 2022, originally supposed to release June 7th, 2024 Captain America: Brave New World - starting filming March 2023, originally scheduled for May 3rd, 2024 Thunderbolts* - originally supposed to start filming in June 2023 and release on July 26th, 2024 I believe the rest were always 2025 movies. Though some of the stuff on this graphic I've never heard of before.

Jay 39,156
SCORE-wise, I see a lot of stuff on that graphic I'm interesting in hearing: Jurassic Park 7, How To Train Your Dragon 4, Now You See Me 3, Avatar 3, Benoit Blanc 3, Zootopia 2, Fantastic 4 MOVIE-wise, only Wake Up Dead Man particularly excites me. I'll certainly see HTTYD remake, Avatar 3, ScarJo Jurassic, Fantastic 4, and NYSM3. I liked the first Nobody but it sure didn't need a sequel. I love most of PTAnderson's work but haven't seen them all and haven't looked up what this one's about. Mickey 17 I hope is good. Superman and other MCU movies, I'm sure I'll see eventually but can't say I'm excited much by them. Zootopia 1 is great but it didn't need a sequel. Don't know enough about Elio but Pixar's hit or miss lately. I loved Upgrade and Invisible Man but Wolf Man doesn't look as interesting. I never saw Mission Impossible 7, but I guess I'll eventually see it and 8.
