indy4 152
I called the Hollywood Bowl, and they said they wouldn't be able to let me know until the week of the performance. For all those who've seen him at a rehearsal in the past, does he normally do it before the first performance (Friday September 4th), or are there any other anticipated times? Also, if anybody can give some sort of advice as to how to actually get to meet the maestro, that would be greatly appreciated. Thanks in advance!(I apologize, as I know there have been threads made about this in the past.)

Jimmy 0
Usually you don't know until the week of the show. However, in the previous years I think it has always been on the morning of the first performance (around 10 am). I highly recommend going. In addition to watching Williams work with the band, it's the only opportunity you'll have to meet him and talk to him at the HB. Of course meeting him isn't guaranteed, but it's the best chance you'll get, and I think many people have. There's no chance of meeting him after one of the concerts.
