@May the Force be with You

The top one is fromm 1998, isn't it? I was very pleasantly surprised by the suite, from THE RARE BREED.

BORN ON THE FOURTH OF JULY is a decent summation of the score. Although it is missing much, I still enjoy listening to it.

I avoid the silly songs.

Innerspace was my first Goldsmith score. I loved that edit. But LLL edition is something else. This should be back in print with the OST

Basic Instinct (Expanded Edition).jpg

Finally received one of my top five Goldsmith's score. I've been waiting for so long to get one of those, it's amazing that Quartet reissued it;

One of the best Gia's score in a really good presentation. I wish all scores could have this kind of treatment for their official release

You've just discovered the Star Wars music!

I heard it's good.

Seriously though, my RCA copies are bit battered and couldn't find them at decent price. And this happened to be cheap (14 quid) so I might as well back it up. I've never actually heard those particular releases (as in as minced through the DSD filter).

It's hard to make them sound any worse, but I'm sure Sony could do it!

Great selection, @Incanus.

BODY HEAT is a cracker.

@Naïve Old Fart I had the Varese re-recording of Body Heat but finally decided to get the original score recording. About time I thought.
