Naïve Old Fart 9,514 Posted January 18, 2010 Share Posted January 18, 2010 There was originally a scene (which was also in the novelisation) rather similar to the Dallas cocoon deleted scene in ALIEN, where Ripley finds Burke on her hunt for Newt at the end, and gives him a grenade so he can kill himself.I'd heard of this, back in '86. He says to ripley "I can feel it moving". Perhaps Cameron took it out because he thought it too similar to how Vaequez and Gorman meet their fate. I'm sure it will be edited and feature annoying advertisements cluttering the screen, but they usually present the HD version in original aspect ratio!
