What if the latest release is comparable, influenced, reminds, or pays tribute to another film that is not the latest release? What about all the remakes? Can you imagine not being able to talk about Donner's Superman when Man Of Steel hits the theaters? Don't you see how you would make it more difficult for us to talk freely about 'film'? Any film?! Quintus 5,399 Posted August 5, 2011 Share Posted August 5, 2011 Frankly I'd prefer it if we just had this thread the way it always had been (with a decent amount of traffic) and get rid of the reviews section where almost all reviews (and conversations) are sent to die. People like KM can still skip the stuff they're not interested in; much like I personally do now with the reviews section in its entirety.And let's not kid ourselves here: the only reason there's been any action at all in that section recently is because Steef isn't getting any action elsewhere.
