Ollie 1,059 Posted February 16, 2011 Share Posted February 16, 2011 Well I can tell you from experience that I went to basic training at the time GNP released Star Trek II and Star Trek III on CD.I ordered them but they didn't srrive until after I left. Unfortunately I broke my foot in basic training and was there for another 2 months rehabing. So it was slightly over 4 months of no film music.When I came home on a weekend pass and had some time to myself after family, I opened my CD package that had been sitting there for 4 months and played The Wrath Of Khan, it never sounded so good. It felt like the feeling of happiness or exultation wanted to blow. As if i was so happy to be able to listen to music again or was going to listen to a previously unreleased cue for the first time.
