Anyone who loves The Simpsons will be familiar with the actor Troy McClure's distinguished filmography. As we already know that the Simpsons' world includes John Williams (Homer mentions him at a concert in one of the episodes), it stands to reason that some of Troy McClure's films may well have been scored by a yellow version of our Johnny.

For a bit of fun - it is Christmas, after all - vote on which of Troy's movies you think would have garnered the best score from John Williams. Personally, I reckon his score for The Boatjacking of Supership '79 would have made a welcome addition to his 1970s disaster trilogy.

I agree. The Boatjacking of Supership '79 has everything a movie could ask for! Action, adventure, suspense and a little love thrown in as well. And being in the late 70's JW's score would have rocked. :)

Has to be either The Erotic adventures of Hercules or Alice's adventure through the windshield glass :):biglaugh:
