Just found this while searching for events to take my wife to. It is presented by the Australian comedian Shaun Micallef and people are even encouraged to dress up.

Damn, I'm a MASSIVE fan of Micallef AND Williams. They're like my two favourite celebrities..

What would be the best seating for this? I've never been to Sydney or the Opera House, but I'd consider flying up from Melb to see this!

I would. I saw Howard Shore there conduct the Sydney Symphony Orchestra and it was an amazing experience.

I would love to see a concert in the Sydney Opera House - I've been inside the building once but did not get the opportunity to see a performance. The Sydney Symphony Orchestra has gained quite a reputation in recent years, so this concert sounds like it could be a lot of fun. I believe Lalo Schifrin, for example, said that the SSO was the best orchestra he had ever worked with.

Me too, Micallef is brilliant and Williams goes without saying. Sadly can't afford the trip to Sydney, fuck being a student.
