I wouldn't necessarily update The Unicorn Theme to 3M35 and TNT to 3M40 just because of some file names some hacker found.  Who knows how it all works.

 

From everything we know, he recorded a score to an early cut of the film in 2010, then Spieberg practically re-edited the whole picture and JW wrote so many new cues and inserts he almost re-recorded the entire score.  Maybe some numbering is all wacky because the 2011 cues reflect a new cut of the film where different scenes appeared in different reels or whatever.  We just don't know

Ok, I've indicated those with an asterisk, but they seem plausible enough.

 

There are roughly 10 pages of score per minute of actual finished film, which must be a record!
