Naïve Old Fart 10,530
It's quite clear that Adam Driver has genuine talent, which is more than one can say for either Ridley, or Boyega.
Quintus 5,468
Boyega I can't get into. Ridley I'm okay with, but I do find her a bit flat at times, lacking in charisma and necessary depth.

The Train Station 8,873
Plus Daisy is more believable physically. She's tall, lean and aggressive looking, like she could bodyslam you like Nadine in Twin Peaks. Emma is a dainty petal with nice legs.
Romão 2,323
Daisy is not the best actress in the world, but I also agree as others have said that she indeed as a certain easterness to her. Sweeping Strings 2,642
Star Wars : The Last Jedi - well, I see online fan-opinion is decidedly mixed and I did find it a little on the overlong side. crocodile 8,611
He was the best thing about the film. Followed by Daisy and Adam. Carrie Fisher also was much better here than she was in TFA. Karol Holko
KK 3,308
Yup. Hamill was the highlight for me as well. The earnestness in his performance brought a real charm to a film that could have otherwise been another dull plot-heavy blockbuster. Fisher wasn't as great. But better than TFA, I agree. Wojo 2,456
I don't understand why there aren't massive squadrons of hungry birds swooping down to eat the tiny people in their shrunken paradise. Quintus 5,468
Sideways is quite good actually. I suppose it's a buddy movie for intellectuals, but not without some of the more recognisable tropes one finds in say an Eddie Murphy-ish equivalent.
