The problem with the film is that it doesn't look like a "cinematic event". The trailers made it look like the movie was "small" (if that makes sense). The fact that Brave New World was disappointing doesn't help either. Edmilson

Popular Post #SnowyVernalSpringsEternal 10,935
Black Widow. Lots of Bond style action directed in a faux Russo brothers style. (BIG FONT) It's best parts are any where Natasha and her family are interacting together. They make the GOTG family unit seem functional. This foursome of actors are terrific in this. Taskmaster, they hired and paid Olga Kurylenko for a role where she doesn't say anything and has a helmet on throughout the film? crocodile 9,206
1 hour ago, Lady Dimitrescu said: Pheww baebayy A funny thing happened during this scene at the cinema. Something happened to the projector and the picture froze so they had to rewind the film back. The same thing happened. So they had to rewind it again and it went to much earlier point in the film. So then they had to fast forward and ended up at the very end... exactly when the villain meets their demise. And they rewound it again and just before this sequence started. From that point on everything was fine. But we ended up watching this musical sequence three times. 🤣 Karol Tallguy, Smeltington and Brando 1

Popular Post Edmilson 10,517
Hey, this isn't THAT bad. It's okay, actually. A 3/5 popcorn movie. The plot isn't half bad, the action scenes are fun and have some decent VFX. Anthony Mackie's charisma reminded me of 90s/2000s Will Smith. I think I liked him here more than in other MCU projects. Now, I'm not saying it's a masterpiece or anything, but I started watching with low expectations and I was entertained by it. There are much worse Marvel movies out there. The internet tricked Marvel into thinking The Incredible Hulk had become wildly popular since it first flopped in theaters back in 2008, and that the masses were clamoring for a sequel. #SnowyVernalSpringsEternal 10,935
The biggest issue the film is that its had so much reshoots that whatever the original film was, its been diluted. From what I've heard, the original story only had one big action setpiece, it was going to be just about the "Serpent Society" with WWE Wrestler Seth Rollins playing one of them. What we got is better then what they were initially going for (apparently, according to the people that watched it). The End product was... okay to bad in my opinion, the movie is a mess, though the Celestial island and Final Battle sequences are fun Edmilson
