I would say Exodus by Gold, but it was Mantovani's version I liked best. Ferrante & Teicher had a great rendition as well.

I could play it on the accordian and the organ way back when I could play music on things other than a stereo.

My Nanna, who is 99 btw, had an organ and an upright piano. There were pedals on the organ but I didn't really understand them. I mimicked her. Learning the accordion taught me keyboard and finger skills. I could read music then, but this was the 60's and 70's and when I stopped playing I lost the skills. Later I had a baby grand which I sold 10 years ago because it was so freaking huge and like the AI soundtrack, a dust magnet.
