BETTER CALL SAUL

Hair loss seems to be a major point of symbolism for the passage of time on this show. When Jimmy is in the black and white future and running the bakery, his hair is alarmingly thinned out, and during Season 4, we see his hair loss becoming apparent, perhaps to signify his own descent into becoming "Saul". His brother Chuck in the present sported a thinning tuft in his last years, but when it flashes back to earlier times when Jimmy was working in the mailroom of HHM, Chuck had an impressively full head of hair for his age. And of course, his own descent into madness as a result of stress related to his electromagnetic hypersensitivity led to severe hair loss.

I reckon we'll get a hint of Kim's future in the season 5 flash-forward, to whet our appetite for what's about to unfold.

Similar to season 5B of BB starting with a flash-forward to Walt visiting his condemned house. It sets the tone for everything that follows. You know things are going to end badly but you don't know how or when it'll fall apart.

And both Banks and Esposito lose the Best Supporting Actor Emmy to Dinklage again. Oh well.

And Best Writing just lost to Succession

Aw dang, and McKean lost Best Guest Actor to Bradley Whitford for Handmaid's Tale, gimme a break

Sure doesn't.

Odenkirk just lost Best Actor to a guy from some show called Pose I've never heard of.

Only reward left is Best Drama Series but that'll go to GOT or Succession

And it went to GOT.

BCS snubbed again.

So season premier of BCS as well as mid-season premier of TWD and TD all in the same night?  Assuming TWD still holds the 8pm CST time slot, does this push out BCS to 10pm CST slot after talking dead?  Ugh wish they weren’t both on the same night, BCS deserves its own night in the spotlight.

Only the premiere of BCS is on a Sunday ; it's followed by episode two the very next day, and then episodes 3-10 all air on subsequent Mondays

And yes the season premiere airs at 10

I was actually already familiar with her before Better Call Saul, having seen every episode of Whitney when that aired.  She was the best actor on that show by a mile

Great. As much as I love the show, I think it needs to have a date for it to end.

Also, it would be interesting if the 2004 storyline got resolved by S5 or until the first half of S6, so the focus of the final episodes would be on the Gene storyline, concluding Jimmy/Saul/Gene's story.
