ocelot 508
I see no one has anything to say about this or the nominees or anything. You know, I try and try, but do I get anywhere?
Caldeira 0
I'm sorry Ocelot, I have no knowledge of those awards. Could you post a link to their site?
CYPHER 1
Yeah, what are the Saturn awards, Ocelot? I've heard of them, but don't think I actually know what they are. Awards for Sci-Fi/Fantasy related Books/Films/TV? And don't fret about the apparent dis - the presence of your thread in this WHOLE NEW forum has probably thrown everyone off. Rogue_Leader 2
The Saturn Awards are a friggin joke! If you need any proof look at the "Best Sci-Fi Film" category noinations:BEST SCIENCE FICTION FILMMen in Black 2 (Sony) Minority Report (20th Century Fox) Signs (Buena Vista) Solaris (20th Century Fox) Star Trek: Nemesis (Paramount) Star Wars: Episode II - Attack of the Clones (20th Century Fox/Lucasfilm) 4 out of 6 of those films are garbage. Only Minority Report and Signs were good and great respectively.
Justin 2
What's wrong with that? I see 2 great films in there. That's better than the Acamdemy does sometimes.Justin

Rogue_Leader 2
Just out of curiosity, Rogue_Leader, what sci-fi films would you have chosen? Well besides Signs and Minority Report most of the good sci-fi films released last year were little known direct to video deals like Equilibrium and such.
