Hmm.  @Will, did you look at the 2 most recent posts that were in the thread before you posted that?

Oh. I only noticed the tweet!

this will be mediocre

Your post is mediocre.

I'm hoping it will be a more relatable score than Zootopia, which is by no means a bad score, it just didn't have the oomph I was expecting.

I think it will be a new musical direction for Giacchino, but it could reflect some elements of Jupiter Ascending, Sky High, and John Carter

I believe so. I can only assume that the new fanfare will be on this album too (a la Thor 2).

Oh good call, I hadn't even thought of that.  I'm sure you're right

No, it's all part of the grand design!

Which our feeble human brains cannot fathom. It was conceived by the MCU gods so it is beyond mortal ken.

Another new logo? (I don't watch Marvel films, generally). Identity problem here.

This might very well be pretty dissimilar to the rest of the score.  There's Captain America: The First Avenger and Iron Man 3 in the MCU that both set a precedent for end credits music that was a purposeful departure.

Not really anything else on that OST has the same mood IMO.

Most of it was standard Silvestri action and Copland-esque stately Americana. Then, boom, a super jaunty Sousaish, Williamsish march.
