Haha so apparently my last Poll didn't have enough choices so let's limit it some  Explain which is your favorite of the two below!

 

I pick Gremlins 2 because it is more of a live feeling to me compared to all the synths in the first!

Score: I adore both equally, as both were the very first scores I ever bought when I first discovered the very concept of listening to film music out of context. I can't pick one over the other, as both suit different enviroments. To put it one way, I play the first score at night, while the second one during the day. 

 

Film: In contrast, this is an easy one. The first one is a classic. The second one is a masterpiece.

The first film is better than the second one, for the latter exaggerates the satirical elements. As clever entertainment the first one is still workig better!

I watched Gremlins 2 a lot as a kid and didn't see the first until I was in my twenties.  Probably why 2 is my favorite film and score.
