Starting here:

And then compare to the scene in THE PATRIOT, where Benjamin Martin, visits his wife's grave.

I'm sorry that I couldn't pull up the JW cue through YouTube, you all have the DVD of THE PATRIOT to refer to!

Discuss.

I've never seen either movie. I certainly don't own the DVD.

I assume you're talking about Susan Speaks. They may be similar in orchestration, and it's possible this was a temp track, but I think the similarities end there.

Oh REALLY?

Without solid proof on YOUR end?

I thought that the members on THIS board, were much sharper than you....

Oh, fuck off! You made an assumption in your post @skyy38 that people could at will listen to their non-existent copies of the film.

There's already two different threads about plagiarism and self-plagiarism.

Snarkiness will get you no favors...

(1)  There was no need for you to capitalize "this."  You capitalize a word when you wish to especially emphasize it.  Doing so with the "this" in this sentence does not help your point.  My sharpness or lack thereof has no bearing on this board, or vice versa.

(2)  There is no need for a comma after "board."

(3)  You're on a John Williams fandom messageboard.  Expect to be told to fuck a tree every once in a while if your sole purpose in stopping by is to accuse Williams of plagiarism.

WOW!

I don't need proof to not give a shit what you're talking about, though; all the proof I needed was the rolling of my eyes that happened reflexively upon seeing your initial post.
