Great Expectations Soundtrack

For an English project, I have to put together a soundtrack of no more than 8 songs that would go with the book "Great Expectations". I am doing 3 classical, 3 rock, and writing 2 short solos for the trumpet for the other two. I know everything except for the rock songs. Can someone help me find rock songs that would be good for a "Great Expectations" soundtrack? Thanks in advance.

2. Relationship with the convict [Father and Son, Jaws]

3. Innocence as a child [n/a]

4. Thoughts of London [To Charleston, The Patriot]

5. The convict [Gollum's Song, LOTR TTT]

6. Mrs. Havisham [i'm going Slightly Mad, Queen]

7. Estella [she Hates Me, Puddle of Mud]

8. Difference in class [n/a]

Hmm..Hard to choose unless i know which kind of exact scene those titles are going to refer to. I've got plenty of ideas from classical and soundtracks. But you've already chosen some. So i'll go more for songs, and add a few classical/soundtrack at the end. On the later, ignore the track titles completely. But listen to the music and see if it fits what i thought you were referring to. If you dont have some of the songs i mention, then i can give Mp3's.

Actually, i think a classic piece would suit that more. A Strauss waltz perhaps?

Or there is always Adam and the Ant's "Prince Charming". But that's quite extreme.
