This is something that should never be made.

Elizabeth Montgomery is the only, I repeat only Samatha Stevens.

Oh I don't know.... I agree with you on some level however....

Reese Witherspoon - Samantha

Brenden Frazer - Darrin

Maggie Smith - Endora

Betty White - Aunt Clara

Ummm..why would you be shocked?

Ultimatly, who cares if someone's gay anyway?

Stefancos- who knows 10 % of people posting here are gay (probably more actually)

Elizabeth Montgomery is nothing compared to Barbara Eden.

I agree  Besides, I prefer the lighter nature of that show compared to the grumpy husbin and overly perfect wife. :)

"I have nothing against them..." That's an interesting way to word it.... And why are you shocked about hearing about them? And being famous????? Yes Singer is gay, but so is his composer, John Ottman, and half his crew. Not to mention Marc Shaiman, Joel Schumacher, Bill Condon, Sir Ian Mckellen, Bazz Luhrman, Rob Marshall, Sean Hayes... I'm too tired to go on but the list goes on and on and on and on and on... There's nothing shocking about it!

I didn't think anyone would take my post seriously! LOL

Getting back on topic, I don't think anyone actually answered your question Ocelot, so I will. Last September, The Hollywood Reporter had an article claiming Kidman was in talks with Columbia pictures for the role, which she all but confirmed in an appearance on the Tonight Show. The only other potential casting choice mentioned was Mike Myers for the role of Darren. The script was still being written at that point but very little news has surfaced about the project since.

I have to admit if the movie is to be made, I like your casting choices much better.

Are you sure you don't just type the first thing that comes to your fingers? It's quite obvious that the joke was lost on you, young Nicholas.

What makes you think the joke was lost on me? Just because I talk about the point it makes doesn't mean I don't know it was also a joke.

For some reason, when I read this question, Kathy Bates just flew through my mind.

And yes, it hurt...

Kathy Bates as Mrs. Kravitz

She just did an incredible job on Six Feet Under, and how about Francis Conroy as Mrs. Kravitz? She's the mother on Six Feet Under.

I'm more excited about the next Farrell/Kidman collaboration- The Producers (even though both only have supporting roles)

i wanted Maggie Smith to do Endora but I think Shirley Maclaine will be great. And Joan Plowright, brilliant, although I think she would also make a great villain in Harry Potter six......
