Erik Woods 555
When was the last time you cried listening to a podcast? I've never cried listening to a podcast but there is a first for everything. I actually had to pull my car over a few weeks ago to wipe away the tears when I first heard this show. I guarantee you will too when you skip to the 44:23 mark of this episode. If you are a fan of film music or film as a whole, this story, which is about John Williams' cue "Leaving Home" from Superman, will open the floodgates. http://underscorepodcast.blogspot.com/2018/11/interview-alan-snelling.html JWMike, JoeinAR, Bellosh and 1 other 2

MrScratch 294
No but the closest I came was while listening to the "Juicervose" episode of RadioLab: https://www.wbez.org/shows/radiolab/juicervose/01503e1f-6956-46e7-b635-ead2818409fa
Bellosh 3,418
I've cried during the Raiders March multiple times. It just makes me so happy. I think it's the greatest theme of all time. But no, not during a podcast. Thanks for the link, gonna check it out! Cerebral Cortex

Faleel 5,346
I have teared up when my favorite cues are played, usually because of the new illumination of context. Cerebral Cortex
Bellosh 3,418
So while I did NOT cry during the moment you linked to in that podcast, it did lead me to go and check out their previous episodes. WOW...how have I not heard of this podcast yet?! I'm listening to the Raiders of the Lost Ark ones right now, specifically the one where they commentate through the whole movie, and it's just amazing. Their love, passion and knowledge for the score is just wonderful.

mstrox 6,651
The only time I've cried about a podcast is when somebody expected me to listen to a podcast to get information. Glóin the Dark
The Illustrious Jerry 3,356
I've laughed and I've had a few "wow" moments of recollection, but I don't think I've ever cried. I could totally understand if one might. Erik Woods
