Harry Potter - Polyjuice Potion Cue

Hello everybody, I have a question regarding the track "Polyjuice Potion" from Harry Potter and the Chamber of Secrets. The first 30 seconds of the track don't match with the "released" handwritten sheet music score. Are they from another cue? If so, which one?

That's a vague question because I don't know which track on which set you're referring to. And it doesn't need its own thread either, in my humble opinion.

I am sorry, the track and therefore the set are linked in the video I guess? Anyway Jay answered my question, the first 40 seconds are from "Borgin and Burkes" cue!
