SteveMc 2,674 Posted June 14, 2019 Share Posted June 14, 2019 For me, Always is a pleasant if largely unremarkable little film until it gets to the third act. I actually think the third act is essential Spielberg, so very well conceived and shot, made even more fantastic by Williams's nearly perfect writing here. Do any of you guys have a movie that you think is just average until it hits the third act and really gets going? Or conversely, a movie that stumbles near the end? The beginning is decent and the middle drags...then out of nowhere, the third act is fantastic from the moment they reach Scarif all the way to the end.
