Yes, the soundtracks from the two Ewok movies on one CD. Never saw it before. The label is Force Records. I forgot the name of the composer but marketing wise Williams' name, of course, is also printed on the cover.

Did I already mention that I'm not to fond about the Ewoks?

The composer of the 2 Ewoks films is Peter Bernstein, who did a pretty good job, IMO.

This is off course a bootleg, featuring selections from those 2 films and some "bonus material" (including music from McNeely's Shadows Of The Empire.)

Stefancos- who has not listened to this CD in a long time.

I havent heard that in a long time, and the last time I saw the films (both of them) was some ten years ago. If I remember well, the only Williams theme on this was the Ewoks theme (Parade of the Ewoks).

I have it. It's got a cool little Return Of The Jedi Finale Suite on it that combines the 1983 album version, the 1983 film version, and the special edition finales into one track. :)

I only listened to it once, myself. I haven't seen those movies since I was a kid, and I don't remember caring for them when I was 9 y.o. or so either.

In fact, the ewoks are my least-liked part of all the original Trilogy and their ability to easily defeat heavily armed and well armored Imperial troopers brought Jedi down a notch.

Well that makes two of us!

BTW what the hell is the point of those suits of armor the Storm Troopers wear??

They cannot even friggin stop wooden arrows!!!!

How the hell are they supposed to be any good at protecting the soldiers?

There's another Ewoks movie, it's called Return of the Jedi.

The movies' ending (30 min. or so) and Williams' music are all what is left.

I somehow think that the stormtrooper actors had to be told when they were getting hit.

Director: Fall down!

Stormtrooper #1298: Why?

Director: An Ewok just hit you with a pebble and another one hit you with a stick!

Stormtrooper #1298: But I didn't even feel it?!

Director: You do what George says no matter how stupid it is! FALL!

Stormtrooper #1298: OW! I'M DEAD! THOSE EWOKS ARE SO TOUGH! WE ARE NO MATCH FOR THEM! *Falls*

I think some arrows get into the body by the black joinst - not armored.... ;)

Ummmmmmmm OK.....

Well then those friggin Ewoks must have like Marksman-like aim to hit them in those tiny slits in their armor.

Don't forget the Leia//Luke relationship and of course the best thing about the movie .....

THE FINAL SPACE BATTLE!!!!!!

Which is still more impressive than both of the final battle sequences in TPM and AOTC combined IMO. ;)

I agree. The space battle was great too. And AOTC's bettle was horrible... although it would have been better with original "Composed for the scene" John Williams music.

Its AKWAYS better with the original unedited JW music. That goes without saying.
