Born Free isn't really much beyond it's Matt Monroe main tune. All the others are more or less one level with minus points for DwW for its length far overstaying its welcome (Barry WAS repetitive, man).

The least main theme then. :)

It might not have the big "sweeping" quality, but it's easily the strongest melody of the bunch.

It surely has, but Somewhere in Time has a more intimate romantic sheen.

It's pretty awful.

Indeed. Out of Africa is the more impressive score too, just in scale. But Somewhere in Time has that Delerue-esque intimacy that makes it more affecting.

On the other hand, I can't stand the Dances With Wolves theme, sadly.

It wears out its welcome, on any of the album releases!

I do love the score, but the main theme is easily my least favorite. But I find the Two Socks theme to be absolutely enchanting. And the Pawnee material is quite striking

The multiple themes keep it interesting.

Which one; it has two main themes?
