Bellosh 3,418
For example, Star Trek IV: The Voyage Home reminds me of Christmas music (probably cause of the bells in the intro and end credits.) Anyone have any other examples they'd like to share. You can even include anything by John Williams, if you'd like.

Thor 7,493
While there are a few Christmas scenes in EDWARD SCISSORHANDS, it's not really a "Christmas film" by any stretch of the imagination. Popular Post Thor 7,493
Youtube-heavy post ahead! Sorry about that. After I got Silvestri's THE POLAR EXPRESS, with the cue "Seeing is Believing", I suddenly started to hear Christmas-like sentiments in Roger Hodgson's "Lovers in the Wind" from his solo album IN THE EYE OF THE STORM (1984) -- due to their similar melodic base and rhythm (from about 0:45 onwards). A lot of religious-themed films and scores can have a Christmas sentiment in them, especially older movies -- perhaps because they have that crackly Disney sound with a pinched choir (in fact, older Disney movies in general often feel Christmassy to me). Obviously, in cases such as THE GREATEST STORY EVER TOLD or a great deal of Rozsa's music that depicts Christ's birth (BEN HUR, KING OF KINGS), it is a Christmas film (or at least Christmas scene), so I don't count that. There are several Nordic films and scores that have a Christmas vibe to me, due in no small part to them being screened every Christmas over here. So they might feel more Christmassy to me than they do to you. Some of my selections that cover all of these, and more: (primarily "From Hery Very Depths", but that's not part of the suite.) Jay 37,346
One thing users can do when posting a large amount of youtube embeds in a post, is to wrap them all inside a SPOILER box. Disco Stu 15,495
James Horner's American Tail main title reminds me of the Christmas season, I guess at least partially because of how the sequence in the film is visually built around a snow theme. But from 1:45 to 3:20, especially once the melody really gets goin' at 2:40, it's very holiday season vibes to me. Bespin and Once
