Through all five movies he carries four note motif that almost always means danger or something like this.

 

Can we make some kind of list with every use of it?

 

And which statements are your favourite?

  • Station Break 0:03-0:13 (slow variation, not sure if this counts)
  • *-3 Send 0:00-0:08 (slow variation, not sure if this counts)
  • Underwater Discovery 1:58-3:25

The World Is Not Enough

  • Pipeline 0:00-3:04
  • Submarine 0:11-1:02, 1:15-1:28, 4:20-5:11

Die Another Day

  • Antonov 2:28-3:42, 7:14-7:23, 7:56-7:59

Casino Royale

  • African Rundown 4:34-4:52
  • Miami International 10:27-10:52
  • Dirty Martini 2:32-2:52

Quantum of Solace

  • Time To Get Out 3:00-3:05
  • Perla De Las Dunas 3:40-3:51 (not sure about this one really)

I've always enjoyed the slow version in Reveal Le Chiffre. I believe this is the only inclusion in CR. (Jay, I'm not so sure those references you mention are the same thing.)

 

 But I think Pipeline from TWINE is the best overall.

 

And of course, the best non-Bond appearance.

That's a different 4 note motif isn't it? 

 

The ones I pointed out in Casino Royale are definitely the same 4note motif as Underwater Discovery / Pipeline / Submarine / Antonov

 

I dunno about Quantum though, that score still befuddles me....
