Rumours about a new release of Folk's seminal Toy Soldiers. When I was 13, I literally burnt out a VHS tape listening to this track:

I remember the promo of this went for hundreds of dollars back in the 90s. Nice to hear that it's getting a proper release. The film is cool and surprisingly brutal, a nostalgic favourite.

I don't know what you mean by "promo", it was a normal commercial Intrada CD any one could buy

OK, cool. It's so many years ago. The steep prices must have been down to its sheer rarity at the time, then. The SELECTED SUITES set also went for silly money. LAWNMOWER MAN too. In fact, a lot of Folk CDs were steep and rare, for some reason.
