But seeing as how The Lost World is on my John Williams top 20, sorry I just don't think Giacchino can compete, so I won't be voting for either of your funny options. I'm one of those who actually prefers The Lost World score to Jurassic Park, despite the great and iconic themes in the latter. However, I seem to recall that at the time many film music fans were underwhelmed by Saving Private Ryan (aside from perhaps Hymn for the Fallen, which itself I've never really liked either!) while being blown away by the original Medal of Honor, heralding Giacchino as the new John Williams (which I never considered him to be). But also... Saving Private Ryan by John Williams is an okay (or fine "very good" if you're a fan...I'm not) film score.
