Edmilson 7,426
Choose your favorite "light piano + strings and woodwinds" Horner score from the late 90s/early 2000s!
WampaRat 1,105
A Beautiful Mind was right at the beginning of my frantic score collecting in high school. Lots of nostalgia for that one. So that’s my pick. Probably the full maturation of that “sound” for Horner too I’d say. Although I believe he tapped into it for a couple later scores. crocodile 7,999
I will say... Bicentennial Man. It is mostly fluff but the good stuff towers over the other ones. Karol MikeH
MedigoScan 324
A Beautiful Mind for me Desperately needs an expansion.
Thor 7,490
BOBBY FISCHER. But all three are fine.
Yavar Moradi 2,593
I also picked Fischer even though I liked all three. To be honest I'm shocked that Fischer is in last place! Yavar
Edmilson 7,426
Bicentennial Man is a good score, but I think I'd like it even more if it wasn't for the Braveheart references. I didn't liked the new spin Horner put on For the Love of a Princess for Bicentennial Man. WampaRat

But I adore “The Machine Age” as a cool preview for A Beautiful Mind.
HunterTech 989
Quite frankly, with the seemingly odd pairing of titles from an outsider's perspective, I ended up merging the titles in my head. "Searching For A Bicentennial Mind," anyone?

NL197 368
Bobby Fischer, easily. Followed by Bicentennial Man, then A Beautiful Mind. Yavar Moradi
