See question. Answer question.

Only 2.5 months to go... will there be another Williams score expansion before the year is out?

If you answer 'Yuh', speculate aimlessly about what score it will be.

No fence sitting, @Holko!

Do, or do not. There is no try.

Yeah sorry, so more seriously I would say one expansion from Intrada with The Patriot and one from LLL with Amistad

Those are probably my predictions as well, but I suspect the LLL will happen first for Black Friday!

Maybe something "left field" like The Terminal or Catch Me If You Can, just to end the year on a cheerful note. Both always felt like like Christmas scores to me.

You really want that expanded, don't you Shark?

Unfortunately Julia Roberts refuses to sign off on the artwork.

Probably, but I don't really care at the moment. He's conducting the Berlin Phil, so life is beautiful. And other things are making my life more beautiful, so I'm not too fussed about expansions right now. It's all good.

Fingers crossed!

The last time there wasn't a new release post-August was 2014 (considering Space Camp in December was "just" a reissue).

If only!

But sadly Mike and LLL have basically confirmed Hook isn't coming this year (seems to have run aground on something).

Plenty of other potential releases to look forward to, though!

2014 was also the last time before last year that we didn't have a BF release.  I'm hoping that streak starts up again this year!

My votes go for Patriot and / or Amistad.

“…our Black Friday titles are up in the air at this point. We may only have a few titles come out.”

I hate to say it, but there may be a situation where an expanded and remastered release from the Maestro will not be revealed by the end of this year.

Every JW movie release for 2021 has started with a vowel.  Therefore, using that logic, we're guaranteed to get at least one of the following:

Accidental Tourist

Adventures of Tintin

Angela's Ashes

Amistad

Indiana Jones box set

I am still waiting for my Eiger Sanction delivery. So, even if there would be another release this year, I wouldn't expect to get it before 2022.

This is the kind of wild conspiratorial thinking I like to see on JWFan

My reaction to this news: We had Berlin, a privilege and experience we should all treasure. Even a perfect Hook expansion would not come close to causing the joy I felt on Saturday. I need nothing else this year.

That is not to say that there definitely will not be an expanded and remastered release from the Maestro before the end of the year; chances are there will be. Just don’t be upset IF the situation comes that there will not be one announced on Black Friday or prior.

And a Goldsmith release!

I look at how the five BFs from 2019 backwards looked like from a JW perspective, and can't help but think that those yearning for that to be sustained are setting themselves up for disappointment.

In my little world, I'm hoping that the post someone made at the Intrada forum regarding Gladiator supposedly being a long delayed LLL title has some truth to it, and that we might see that in the coming months.

I'd love to see The Terminal done properly at some point too, but it can't all be about Williams.
